Join us for this brief special congregational meeting regarding the Hands & Feet ministry constitutional changes, following the 9am worship service. Hands and Feet is seeking to organize itself as an independent 501c.3 organization, separate from St. Paul. This will provide them financial independence and opportunity. After mutual conversation it was decided that, to ensure their application is favorably considered, we will need to remove Hands and Feet from the "Organizations Within This Congregation" section of the St. Paul constitution.

The parts for consideration for removal are highlighted in this document and will require a congregational vote for removal. Please read prior to attending the meeting. The sections in blue will remain as printed and the sections in yellow will be removed.

Please be aware that this will not change the nature of the relationship between St. Paul and Hand and Feet. Instead, it will allow Hands and Feet the opportunity to thrive as a "partnership organization", separate from the congregation but still supported as it has always been and as laid out in the covenant documents which have been developed.
