Walls Down, Walls Up!
This was a big week for construction! Heavy equipment continues to dig up the foundation of the Yellow House and haul away the debris. The asphalt parking lot has been pulverized so the machinery can move around more easily. ComEd has been onsite to move a utility pole (no small undertaking), and construction fencing has been erected in the back parking lot. The lot now has parking for approximately 9 vehicles, with in/out access on Cornell. Start scouting for your favorite street parking spot now! And while all that's been happening outside, work continues inside, as well! Walls are starting to framed out in the office area.
