Gaining access

Posted by Deacon Christine Yucha on

Exciting news this week is that our new access control system is fully installed. YAY! This means we'll eventually be able to control access for individual doors and users, but first we have to figure out how to program and set everything up! In other access-related news, the new door for Hands & Feet was installed, which will make a great difference in how we interact with and serve our clients. Toilet partitions and ceiling tile have been installed in the restrooms, and a brand new mop sink is ready for use. We are hopeful that the lower level will be fully complete in the next few weeks, so be warned... a moving (back in) party will be scheduled soon!

The ProJECT Forward Phase 2 work pertaining to the parsonage has also begun, and demolition is underway at 536 Cornell. A newly renovated home for Pastor Zak and his family should be completed by fall.
